Jesse's Base Gin Botanical Mix

Can't be bothered gathering gin botanicals yourself? We have you covered.  

This mix of botanicals is designed to make a delicious "base gin".  It's awesome by itself, but also a perfect platform to have other ingredients added to it.  

This will make 0.7L - 1L of gin, depending on exactly how you make it.  

Instructions: 
Macerate the botanicals in 700 - 1000ml of 60% ABV vodka for 1-24 hours.  You can heat it if you wish (if so, heat to around 50c / 122f and macerate for 1-2 hours).  

Then, pot distill, if your still can handle the botanicals in the pot do so.  

Take a small amount of foreshots (only around 10-20ml) before collecting hearts down to around 50%abv.
