I Have been following your YouTube channel for a while now and in my humble opinion it is the best channel around for factual, practical advice on distilling. I like that you actually preach what you have practised so we know that it works. Keep up the good work Jesse

I stumbled onto CTC and became addicted to the great informative videos, the knowledgeable “mate” in the garage is a brilliant communicator and happy to share all the in formation! Recipes and all! Cheers
Love the videos. You explain techniques and some of the science behind distilling in and interesting way, simply and with a great sense of humour. Keep the Chase the Craft videos coming.
The Still It channel is a great resource for distilling information, and the Chase the Craft store now provides essential products all in one place.
This YouTube channel has been so helpfull and entertaining. For a guy who was just looking for a hobby everything on the channel and the site have been helpful. Thanks for the content and I can't wait to see wjat the future holds
I stumbled on to CTC via YouTube and quickly became a fan. Jesse makes the art of home distilling both accessible and do-able. I watched most of the videos and then jumped in and bought my first T500 still. Having a blast and trying a few of the recipes has been fun. A couple of failures, but overall, definitely great fun. Thanks mate, for introducing me to this absorbing hobby. I am looking at joining the patreon in the near future, just to say thanks.
The ‘still it’ channel was really my first port of call while I was learning to distill spirits. I thought it was going to be a complicated laboratory operation, but ‘still it’ helped simplify the process so much that I thought it was actually achievable. The content is very broad so it will cater to pretty much anyone who had the thought to search the internet for anything distilling and came across it. Big thumbs-up to still it, you helped me become who I am today.
I’m an all grain beer brewer and a lot of what you do and talk about relates in some way to me and my all grain brewing and fermentation. And you’ve done a couple of videos with your brew friend; very good. Keep doing what you’re doing. I hope you’re making some money at some stage. I’m not a fan of the terrorist beard but if you can get the dread lock going it might work.
The Still it channel has been a tremendous inspiration to me. Not just from a tangible item standpoint but from a creative perspective as well. Not only have I followed Jesse's recipes and advice on several occasions but he has inspired me to search out my own creative endeavours, such as recipes and my own video content. Thank you Jesse
The Still It YouTube channel made it easy and fun for me to learn about distilling.Jesse and the team have done a kick ass job on some wicked content, seriously top notch information and videos.I had so many questions and reservations about distilling, watching the Still It content really helped me learn how to make some premium spirits.Forever grateful,
Chase the Craft was extremely helpful for me to get into home distilling! Didn’t have a clue and the videos were very helpful and entertaining. I still go back to view the videos when I have questions, or what to try something different. I found the Oak Toasting video to be a real bonus. I have lots of oak readily available, and have toasted a couple batches with great success.
I started distilling about 5 years ago, not knowing anything. Jesse and CTC videos stepped me through everything I needed to know, even answering personal messages. I get rave reviews from family and friends for my various spirits, all CTC recipes. A bonus is I'm talking to a Kiwi.
I've been subscribed to Chase The Craft right from the time of the stubble all the way to that guru beard. I found Jesse to be wonderful to watch, knowledgeable and just as I was thinking about exploring something lo and behold up would pop a new video on the topic. Fantastic. I am jealous of all his kit.Following from his example I now happily do all grain whiskeys, all plum brandy, and that wonderful RJ's (orange) licorice all of which which are quite tasty.
Still It and Jessie provide the best information for starting out and learning about distillation on YouTube! I've watched almost every video - it's been fascinating to watch his beard fashion grow and change.
Still it has been a go to you tube channel for a wide variety of distilling information. Always layed out in easy to understand format . Many thanks to the still it channel for being there to help the home distilling community.
